Delete your Cargo Jam account

You can delete your Cargo Jam account and the data linked to it at any time. Cargo Jam is made by Tuval Studio.

Delete it in the game

1. Open Cargo Jam and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and cloud data are deleted right away.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the game installed, send us a request with the form below. Including your player ID (shown at the bottom of Settings) helps us find your account; otherwise tell us the Apple or Google account you linked. We'll confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

This opens your email app with a prepared message to [email protected].

What we delete

• Your player account and any linked Sign in with Apple or Google identity
• Your cloud saves and save history
• Purchase entitlements and purchase records we store, except records we must keep for tax and accounting, which we keep only for the period the law requires
• Your push notification token and notification preferences
• Support messages linked to your account
• Analytics and crash data linked to your app installation, through a deletion request to Google Firebase

What we don't delete

• Progress stored on your device. It stays until you delete the app or use Settings → Reset progress.
• Your purchase history with Apple or Google, which they manage.

Deleting your account doesn't refund purchases, and items such as Remove Ads or a Cargo Pass can't be restored afterwards.
