Cargo Jam Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download or play Cargo Jam, a game by Tuval Studio ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play Cargo Jam on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, sell or redistribute it, or use cheats, bots, modified versions or exploits.

Your account and progress

The game creates an anonymous player account the first time you open it. Your progress is stored on your device and in our cloud. To keep it if you change or lose your device, link Sign in with Apple or your Google account in Settings. If an account was never linked and the device or app data is lost, we may not be able to recover the progress.

Internet connection

Cargo Jam needs an internet connection to play. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.

Virtual items and purchases

• The game includes virtual items such as coins, boosters, unlimited lives and the Cargo Pass. You can earn them by playing or buy some of them with real money.
• Virtual items have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred or sold outside the game. When you get them, you receive a licence to use them in the game; you don't own them.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies and the law that applies to you. Purchased items are delivered immediately; where the law allows, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins.
• Remove Ads removes the ads shown between levels. Rewarded ads stay available and optional.
• A Cargo Pass applies to a single season. Rewards you've unlocked but not claimed are granted automatically when the season ends.
• Free reward chests show the odds of each reward. We don't sell randomised items for real money.

Ads

Cargo Jam is free to play and shows ads. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads work and the choices you have.

Changes to the game

We may update, change or remove content, features, levels, prices and events, and we may stop offering the game. If we shut it down, we'll give reasonable notice in the game where we can.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game, other players or our servers, or use the game unlawfully. If you break these terms, we may suspend or delete your account after considering the circumstances.

Our content

Cargo Jam and everything in it, including code, art, sound, and the Cargo Jam and Tuval Studio names and logos, belong to Tuval Studio or its licensors. Third-party assets are listed in the credits in the game.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep Cargo Jam fun and running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for in-game purchases in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Terms for the iOS version

These terms are between you and Tuval Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Cargo Jam. Apple isn't responsible for any claims relating to the game or your use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and intellectual property claims. If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you're not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren't on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the game. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts or consumer authorities.
